
There will be 20 minutes of meditation leading up to most of the conversations with the speakers, in addition to the two more interactive meditation and sharing sessions on the program of the retreat. Some of the speakers will join us for the meditation, others will join in at the hour.
I will probably guide the meditation for the first few minutes, suggesting a few things to help you settle into it (if you so wish, but you can also always ignore the suggestions and meditate the way that works for you).
So if you like to meditate and/or if you want to make this retreat more 'retreat-like' for yourself, there will be plenty of time and space to do so!
