1 Online spiritual support groups

Some of you have written to ask when the online spiritual support group would start up again, but the time zones and availabilities involved couldn't easily be combined. So I'm now offering two possible times, hoping that all who want to participate will find a time that works for them. The times and starting dates are as follows:
- Wednesdays, 11am PST, 2pm EST, 7pm UK, 8pm MET; starting on Wednesday 10 March.
- Saturdays, 10am PST, 1pm EST, 6pm UK, 7pm MET; starting on Saturday 13 March.
2 Next online sangha gathering

Another way of finding support on your spiritual path is the monthly online sangha gathering. The next one will take place on Sunday 7 March 2021, at 9am PST, 12 noon EST, 5pm UK, 6pm Europe (you can check your local time HERE). More information about the gatherings on the Online sangha event page. I will send out a reminder closer to the time.
3 Online meditation retreats

I have not advertised these very actively online, because the retreats have only moved online since the time in-person retreats were no longer possible. They used to be based in Montreal, Canada, and there is a small core group that gathers on Saturdays once a month for these two-hour retreats, from 10am to 12 noon EST (7 - 9am PST, 3 - 5pm UK, 4 - 6pm MET). If you feel called to meditation and the timing is good for you, you're welcome to join us: you can find out more about the retreats HERE.

A conversation with Kim Rosen on Poetry as transmission. For Rumi lovers, and poetry and music lovers... and all who have had the experience of being transported into spaciousness by spoken or sung words. How is this possible? To watch click HERE or on the thumbnail.

A short talk (8 mins) on Not knowing and uncertainty: An invitation into the openness of our true nature from the online sangha gathering in January 2021. At a more physical survival level, there is an urge to know, as knowing feels safer than not knowing. And yet, in a state of not knowing the mind is more open and closer to the openness of our true nature. Not knowing can thus become an invitation and a door into the openness of Being. Blessings to you wherever you are.
