If the conversations and retreats are free, why is there a donation page?
If you feel you've benefited from a conversation or a retreat and you would like to support the work that went into making them happen, or you would like to 'pay it forward' for others to benefit from future retreats and events, your donation is very welcome and received with much gratitude! But this is not a requirement.

How does the online meditation work?
Meditating together with people from all over the globe can be a very powerful experience! What form the meditation takes arises always in the moment. I may be guiding the first few minutes of the meditation to help you settle into it, and after that the meditation will most likely be silent. If you wish to meditate in your own way, you can turn the sound off or ignore the guided part of the meditation.
