The teachers (retreats and conversations)
Amoda Maa Jeevan
Amoda Maa offers a gentle yet uncompromising pointer to authentic freedom. Her teaching has evolved out of a direct experience of awakened presence and is free of all tradition, dogma or ideology. Awakening catapulted her out of a "dark night of the soul" and then went through a maturation process. Today this non-dual awareness is embodied as a living reality amidst the mystery and mess of ordinary life. Amoda Maa offers private sessions, satsangs and retreats to a growing global community, as well as talks (including at SAND) and interviews (Buddha at the Gas Pump, Conscious TV). She is the author of two books (How to Find God in Everything and Change Your Life, Change Your World), although the expression of her teaching has since evolved and she is now working on a third book. www.AmodaMaaJeevan.com
Brian Piergrossi
When Brian was struck by chronic fatigue syndrome at age 20, he made it his life commitment to inquire into human suffering and studied many different fields, including enlightenment and self-realization teachings. After leading a quiet, simple life for over a decade, he felt a passionate calling to share his straightforward, timeless, spiritual truths for the 21st Century in a modern context. Since that time, Brian has dedicated himself to supporting the path of transformation, spiritual liberation and Self-Realization in individuals, families and communities around the world. Author of The Big Glow and The Wow of the Now, he is a Life Coach and Spiritual Teacher. www.brianpiergrossi.com
Burt Harding
My search ended when I had a vision of Bhagavan Ramana Maharshi while working as a physiotherapist. Much later, in 2000, I realized through a conflicted relationship that I didn’t know anything but was a human being, that is, BEING playing the role of Burt. My theme has been to help others realize how fortunate they are to be
born human especially at this time of
great change. It challenges us to discover our own true nature as unconditional love. There isn’t much to say about me except that I have learned to trust Life as perfect love. I have published two books (both translated into Russian), and I have been interviewed by Rick Archer on Buddha at the gas pump. www.burtharding.com.
Della
Della was struck by Oneness and its Unconditional Love in 2005. The Presence that took over from within made notions of personality, beliefs, and conditioning fade away, creating space for a wider range of experiences of Oneness and Perfection. An emergency room physician at that time, she saw surprising spontaneous healings happen around her. As judgments faded away gradually, it became obvious, though, that no experience was more precious than another. All was emerging from the simple movement of Life Itself. Della is now offering talks, healing circles and retreats, where she invites people to recognize the already perfect Intimacy within, and to realize our True Nature which is always here and now, without any conditions. www.dellainvitation.com.

Since his awakening in 2010, he is now living a ‘new incarnation’ as a spiritual teacher, offering a blend of the Buddhist and contemplative Christian traditions as well as the teachings of Sri Ramana Maharshi, who has been a very profound influence for many years. His book, I Am That I Am, was published in 2013. findinggraceatthecenter.com

Michael Damian
I have always been a lover of the absolute. Along the way I found deep enrichment in martial arts, literature, and music. While earning my Ph.D. in psychology I discovered the living tradition of liberation, mainly through Eckhart Tolle and Adyashanti. My life’s inspiration was fulfilled and pure consciousness shined forth as the nature of this very mind, body, earth. I have a love for the perennial wisdom in all of its expressions, including our indigenous roots. My teaching approach is rooted in tradition without being bound to it. I emphasize that we have only to shed the false, and the intellect plays a vital role in revealing what we call the heart: beauty, love, grace. While grace works in mysterious ways, it also works through the elegant logic of truth. www.michaeldamian.org

Miranda is known for her depth of presence and refined capacity as a guide into direct spiritual experience. Her love and clarity offers a deep holding in which to taste greater dimensions of consciousness and explore integration into daily life. Miranda founded the OneSpirit Interfaith Foundation in London and today leads the ‘Awakening Love and Wisdom’ sangha in Marin and Sonoma counties. She is author of ‘Boundless Love’, teaches internationally and resides in San Francisco, USA. www.mirandamacpherson.com
Mooji
Neelam
Neelam is a direct disciple of H.W.L. Poonja, Papaji, whose teacher was Ramana Maharishi. Her unequivocal commitment to Truth helps us turn inward and release underlying patterns of conditioning which block the recognition of our True Nature. With the utmost tenderness while helping us to address all aspects of daily living, including past conditioning and trauma, she invites us into the same recognition of Truth that her teacher, Papaji, transmitted to her. www.neelam.org
Nirmala
After a lifetime of spiritual seeking, Nirmala met his teacher, Neelam, a devotee of H.W.L. Poonja (Papaji). She convinced him that seeking wasn't necessary; and after experiencing a profound spiritual awakening in India, he began offering satsang and Nondual Spiritual Mentoring with Neelam's blessing. Satsang is offered as a celebration of the possibility, in every moment, of recognizing the truth of who we are. Nirmala offers a unique vision and a gentle, compassionate approach, which adds to this rich tradition of inquiry into the truth of Being. endless-satsang.com.
Padma Wolff
Until satsang came into my life in 1995, most of my life had been spent in the misery of feeling separate and desperately longing for love. Only after giving up all hope of finding it in relationships was it possible for Love to really enter my life – and only then could I open up to a truly loving relationship, which I have been in ever since. Our first commitment is to Love and Truth, and we have found this to be a healthy ground for both, an alive, love-filled relationship, as well as further deepening in the realization and actualization of Love and Freedom. A Leela Therapist since 1999 (with a Masters in psychology), I have a private practice in Hamburg (Germany). I also teach meditation and self-inquiry. Together with my partner Torsten, we offer satsang and retreats internationally, and have co-founded the Bodhisattva School. www.sevaa.de.
Pernilla Lillarose
After connecting with Joel Goldsmiths' teachings in 1987, Pernilla realized Love is All there is. She went straight from heaven to hell for the next many months because she was still excluding parts of herself in this ever present Love. Over the years she learned the healing and transforming power of Self Love and how it brings any disowned parts into embodied Oneness. Pernilla is a passionate Self Love Coach helping Women bridge the gap between who they truly are and who they think they should be. She is a certified Hakomi Practitioner with a private practice in the Santa Cruz mountains, author of 'Imagine Being Kind to YourSelf' and other books, radio host at Unveiled Radio, Meditation teacher at UCSC and founder of 'Women Standing For Love.' www.lillarose.com
Prajna
Prajna speaks from her direct experience as a single parent of three children, two with special needs. In 1984, she had a series of awakenings that led up to a seven year Samadhi. In 1994 her twins were born prematurely at one pound each and took her for a long walk in the dark. She was recently interviewed on Buddha at the Gas Pump about how she emerged from this challenge. She writes about it in her upcoming book: Emerging As Mountain: A Mothers Journey of Awakening. She’s been sharing Satsang, intensives, retreats, and dokusan by donation since 2001, and is professionally trained as Minister, Counselor and Therapist. The host
Grace Bubeck
A psychologist (MSc), philosopher (PhD), and certified massage therapist by professional training and work history, I left a first career in academia at the London School of Economics to become a body-mind therapist and a personal development and meditation teacher. My healing journey branched out into an intense spiritual search until I found my teacher Gangaji. She took the wind out of the sails of searching and the drama of ‘me and my life’. Awakening is deepening as I’m finding a way of living it in this life. I offer in person therapy and workshops as well as online spiritual support groups. I’ve written a book on ‘Deepening into Love: the wounded healer’s journey’ (forthcoming). www.gracebubeck.com.
