Brian Piergrossi: True Intimacy
True Intimacy begins with relaxing into ourselves and the authenticity of who we really are, both the absolute "I" that is timeless and the relative "I" that is changing in each and every moment. Out of this deepest intimacy of BEing at home with ourselves as we are and BEing unconditionally at home in this moment, comes the purest intimacy with another and the world around us.

Canela Michelle Meyers: The Healing Effect of Presence With What Is
This conversation will invite people to dive in deeply with whatever the moment offers up. In exploring the moment, and whatever details are at play, the side effect is very healing. Even though at first the details may seem daunting, Love will emerge within That when a person gives space to What Is.

Ellen Emmet: The Awakening Body
In awakening to our true nature of Awareness and in establishing ourselves in and as That, the experience that we call the body calls for our attention. Indeed, once our belief in separation has been seen through at the level of the mind, we still must explore the layers of sensation and feelings that remain unseen below the threshold, to gradually liberate the body itself of the felt belief in being a separate entity.

Gail Brenner: Separation Dissolves in the Heart's Embrace
Whether we've had glimpses or the most profound spiritual awakening, we continue to experience remnants of the separate self. A deep and potent investigation invites us to honor the forms that arise—ancient beliefs and emotions, challenging memories, struggles in relationships, urges that seem out of control—and invite them into the space of loving awareness. In this fierce and timeless exploration in truth, structures collapse, boundaries dissolve, and our true nature is revealed as it’s always been—fully alive and inseparable from love.

Jeannie McGillivray: The Heart of the Unknown
In this conversation, Grace and Jeannie explore how surrendering unreservedly to the unknown may give us the courage to be fully present in open awareness to the totality of ourselves, the Truth of this eternal moment. It is here, at the edge of the known, that we may be graced with the courage to move beyond it, giving ourselves deeply to an authentic movement towards the unknown, falling into the Ground of Being.

an Tollifson: Growing Old and Dying: A Nondual Perspective
Aging is a spiritual adventure not unlike awakening—you realize in a very visceral way that there is no future. You are beginning to dissolve. Everything is falling away. Growing old involves loss of control, loss of abilities, loss of independence, loss of self-image, loss of loved ones, loss of everything that has defined you. In the end, it is a total letting go.

John Prendergast: The Subtle Body, Felt Sensing, and Love
Our bodies have a remarkable and often unrecognized capacity to sense the presence of truth in ourselves and others. This quality of inner listening has been called felt-sensing and when it is brought to the heart center, different subtle layers of experience emerge - our defenses, our underlying vulnerabilities, and the deepest dimension of unconditional love.

Joi Sharp: The precision and power of Devotion
Many who resonate with non-dual teachings tend to discard any devotional perspective or attitude; believing that it denotes a dual perspective, and thus making it a lesser path. But in order to deepen our shift into a non-dual way of living, our devotion to Truth must be extremely strong and steadfast. In fact, Truth will test our devotion to a great degree to see how attached we are to our non-dual perspective, when the invitation is to allow Life to take us beyond any descriptive perspectives at all.

Karen Richards: The Movement of Awakeness
Recognition is like melting into the realisation that awakeness is all there is. Life then becomes a commitment to ending all divisive ways relating to the belief in separation and living fully as this awakeness.

Leonard Jacobson: Liberating yourself from the pain and limitations of the past
In order to truly release ourselves from the pain and limitations of the past, we have to master the art of being present. But it is not enough just to be present. Sometimes the past won’t release us and so we have to bring that painful past to consciousness to bring about a healing and release, which in turn enables to settle more fully into Presence. As we settle into Presence, we experience an entirely new dimension of ourselves, free of the pain and limitations of the past. We open into love, acceptance, compassion and Oneness.

Lisa Schumacher: Surrender to Silence
In our desire to awaken, it is natural to seek out experiences which give us a deeper understanding of our true nature. But what is often overlooked in the search is the surrender to stillness; leaving behind all that is known. There is a great restlessness that can be met, and it is possible to stay still and open, not doing anything at all, and discover the sweet peace of your being that is your birthright.

Loch Kelly: Living from Open-Hearted Awareness
Waking up out of the small separate sense of self is just the initial realization. Then from awake awareness we can begin to “wake-in” to this precious human birth. To live an awakened life we discover open-hearted awareness, our ground of being, the meeting place of the infinite and the finite. This awake open-hearted awareness is already always here and we can learn how to shift into and live from this natural freedom.

Michael Damian: Meeting the Mind, Freeing the Mind
When we wait for sudden enlightenment from beyond the mind, we miss the fact that this very mind is the Self and is the vehicle of understanding and realization. It is by learning to trust in this process that we cease to grasp at transcendent states and allow the grace of the absolute to permeate our lives.

Neelam: Addressing our Patterns and Coming to Rest in Presence
Presence, our True Nature, is always here and we all experience moments of stillness, expansion and love. For many of us, that has been a long-standing recognition. Yet in our day-to-day life, we often struggle to find Presence in the moment. What we don’t always fully understand is that to live a life grounded in Truth requires us to address the long-standing patterns of conditioning, the unresolved, unexamined past. It is in the meeting of what arises that we find true and lasting freedom.

Pernilla Lillarose: Self Love
If lack of Self Love keeps us living in duality, True Self Love is the healing balm dissolving us back into the divine ocean of Oneness.

Prajna Ginty: Living Awake Amidst Family Life
The expressions "home is where the heart grows" and "there is no place like home" are true. Awakening and embodying love happen amidst our daily life — as it is. Parenting and family life are perfect playing fields for wisdom and love to come into full bloom, especially when it gets challenging (past and present).

Prajna Ginty: The Inherent Perfection in Tragedy
The most beneficial experience in life can be the one that feels like the absolute worst catastrophe. When we invite everything, beauty as well as chaos, the aspects of our conditioning that say ‘this is noble’ or ‘this is horrid’ soften, and allow us to show up for all of life with a capacity we never knew possible. It is the ray of sunshine in the aftermath that guides us to see the inherent perfection in tragedy as it blossoms into wonderful things.

Unmani: Die to Love
The Love that you really are, is not limited to a temporary experience of feeling loving. It is not a limited idea or belief. It does not require any effort to remember to be that. It is your true nature - already. Recognising, and also living as that, is the endless losing of whatever you think you know. It is humiliation after humiliation, as the thinking imagines a ‘me’ who could direct Life, only to be disappointed again and again. It is the annihilation of who you think you are. Nothing is left but the Love that you really are. Love beyond all your ideas of what that Love should look like or feel like. This is the freedom of Love living as it is.

Will Pye: Radical Gratitude: Seeing Only Perfection Unfolding
Gratitude is a short path to discover the gift and opportunity within life’s challenges. With practise and grace it becomes a bridge from separation and suffering into Unity and Joy – it’s a path to the realisation of unitive or nondual consciousness. If we are playing with applying gratitude to all experience and notice resistance we simply feel gratitude for the resistance. In this way we disengage the very mechanism by which we suffer – the belief in being a separate self.
