These instructions are essential for you to be able to participate fully.
Please take time to read them carefully.

To watch the sessions:
All of the sessions, both those with speakers and the interactive meditation / sharing sessions, will be broadcast live via YouTube. The links for each session are on the webpage for the day. You will get the link to the webpage for the day by e-mail at the beginning of each day.
To participate:
There are many ways you can participate:
- You can comment on the YouTube page during a live session: on live YouTube pages, there is a comment column to the right of the video (after the session, when you’re watching the recording, it will be below). In order to comment, you need to create a YouTube account.. If you need instructions, click www.wikihow.com/Make-a-YouTube-Account. If you already have a g-mail or Google+ account, the YouTube account is created automatically. Please add a photo, so that people can see you, this makes the experience more vivid for everybody.
If you want to ask a question on the YouTube comment page, please put the word QUESTION in capitals, so it’s easily visible. You can repeat it to make sure it’s noticed. - During the interactive sessions (NOT the speaker sessions), you can join the live Google hangout, in order to ask a question live, or share something you want to share. In order to do so, you need to be familiar with Google hangouts. You’ll find instructions for this in the last section below, and you will need to take time to prepare everything a few hours BEFORE you ask to be on a hangout.
- You can send an e-mail. This is not a very reliable route, though, as I will only look at e-mails as and when I have time.
To join a Google hangout live during a session:
You can come onto a live session with or without a video. If you prefer, you can come on just on audio. Please indicate your preference.
Take these preparatory steps a few hours before the start of a session.
If you're a 'low tech' person, maybe you could ask a friend to help you?

- Create a Google+ account if you don’t have one yet. The link for doing so is: www.plus.google.com. If you’re not permanently signed in, please keep a record of your password!
- Add Grace Bubeck to one of your circles. Make sure you do this ahead of time, as it can take a few hours for the notification to arrive in my account. I will then add you back to one of my circles so that I can easily identify you when you ask to come onto a hangout. Also make sure that you add the right account: The profile photo that you see for Grace Bubeck should be the same as the photo on the homepage of this website or on the Living from Love facebook page.
- Also ahead of time, if you like, do a trial Hangout on Air by yourself: On your Google+ homepage, click on the home page symbol at the top left of the screen, and on the drop down menu, click Hangout on Air. If you’re doing one for the first time, Google will ask you to download a hangouts plug in. Download, and then start your hangout. Get familiar with the screen. Know that it’s only when you click on the Broadcast button at the bottom of the screen that you will go ‘on air’. You don’t have to, you can end the hangout without going public.
- You can also download the hangouts plug in or app by going to: http://www.google.com/intl/en/hangouts/
If you want to come onto a live hangout,
- Ask to come on by posting a YouTube comment, and confirm that you’re ready to come on.
- Open your Google+ account in a new window. I will announce the fact that I'm inviting you to join the hangout. Once you heard the announcement, check whether there is an invitation.
- You will receive an invitation in two places:
- 1: in your g-mail account you'll receive a message; the message has a link that you can click to join the hangout.
- 2: on your google+ page: click on the hangout button underneath your photo in the top right corner of the screen, and there will be a listing of Grace Bubeck and a green camera symbol: in clicking on that camera, you join the hangout.
- In order to join, you have to agree to the terms and conditions, and then you click the join button. You will come into the hangout with your microphone and image muted, and I will unmute you when I bring you on.
- Once you’re on the hangout, make sure you close your YouTube broadcast, as staying on it will create an echo. You can reopen the YouTube broadcast once you’re off the hangout.
