Celebrating Love in all its forms today on Valentine's day ... and continuing to celebrate Saturday and Sunday during the retreat!
Happy Valentine's day to all of you! I've put up an FAQ page to answer the most obvious questions you may have about an online retreat. (For those of you whose mother tongue is not English: FAQ stands for Frequently Asked Questions.) If you have more questions: >> CLICK HERE to contact me. The times for shared meditation leading up to the sessions with speakers are now entered on the program page. Have a look ... and if you've never meditated with others from all over the globe before, do try it out, it can be a very powerful experience! Do you have any questions about the topic of 'Living from Love'? Questions that you would really like to be answered during the retreat? As I'm preparing a list of questions for the speakers myself, as a way of sparking their ideas and reflection, I thought: why not ask all of you, too? So if you do have any questions that you want to send in, please do, and I'll pass them on to the speakers. Many thanks in advance! Contact me HERE. There will be 20 minutes of meditation leading up to most of the conversations with the speakers, in addition to the two more interactive meditation and sharing sessions on the program of the retreat. Some of the speakers will join us for the meditation, others will join in at the hour. I will probably guide the meditation for the first few minutes, suggesting a few things to help you settle into it (if you so wish, but you can also always ignore the suggestions and meditate the way that works for you). So if you like to meditate and/or if you want to make this retreat more 'retreat-like' for yourself, there will be plenty of time and space to do so! I'm giving myself a lunch break on Sunday 16th... I do like the intensity of an ongoing event very much, but I found in November that 5 sessions in a row were too much. So, as a result of this self-care, the last three sessions on Sunday are scheduled an hour later than originally planned. Please check the timing of these sessions! I just received this beautiful photo from Padma and Torsten for their session on 'Relating from Love'. Their relationship is both very personal, and at the same time grounded in Truth and Love. They offer satsang together and teach depth-spiritual counseling at the school they founded in Hamburg, the Bodhisattva School. Join us for what promises to be a very special conversation on love as it is lived out very personally and yet always points beyond the personal. What a beautiful mystery. |
About the blog:I will be sharing some news here about online events and some of my own reflections. I'm not a very active blogger, though, so you're better off signing up for the Living from Love newsletter to get all the news in your inbox!
